I cannot print using the CAD Xerox print queque as I am met with "hold for authentication"... is this a password issue??


Step-by-step guide

  1. Open the print queue for the printer
  2. Select the "retry" button on the job
  3. Enter your current RIT credentials and check the "Remember in keychain" option
  4. Retry your print.  If prints continue to be held, please put a ticket in at https://helpdesk.cad.rit.edu
