I cannot print using the CAD Xerox print queque as I am met with "hold for authentication"... is this a password issue??
Step-by-step guide
- Open the print queue for the printer

- Select the "retry" button on the job

- Enter your current RIT credentials and check the "Remember in keychain" option
- Retry your print. If prints continue to be held, please put a ticket in at https://helpdesk.cad.rit.edu
