Below are the steps to add your RIT Employee account to Outlook 2019 on macOS.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Launch Outlook on your RIT provided Mac (please submit a ticket to if it is not installed)
  2. Enter your email into the email field and click Continue
  3. In the Exchange prompt, fill out the fields as follows:
    Method: Username and Password
    Email Address: (your RIT employee email address)
    DOMAIN\username or Email: MAIN\
    Password: ********* (Your password)
    Server (optional):

    Click 'Add Account'

  4. Click Done
